James Saccaro, LMT has been in the Massage Therapy field since 2005. He has trained in a variety of modalities, including European/Sweedish massage, AMMA Therapy, Deep tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Medical Massage, Prenatal Massage and others. His philosophy on Massage is to utilize massage as a tool for healing both the body and the mind. James works in conjunction with other medical professionals, and integrates massage therapy into programs for optimal health as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation.
